"Thank you, Jack Doyle. Thank you for this opportunity. Thanks also to Mr. Tom Flynn, president of MCC, his VP, Dr. Dusty Swager and the wonderful Ms. Kathy Kemp for the use of your outstanding facility. Sincere compliments go to the people involved in this exciting County Garage Program. We’ve been in business going back to the 60’s and have worked with OSHA and it’s director of compliance on the brake-cleaning project. We’ve worked with the State of Maine's DEP (Department of Environmental Protection), and numerous other government agencies at city, county, state, & federal levels. We’ve never been associated with a group that has been able to move theory into practice as swiftly and professionally as the Doyle-Monroe County team has in this "Race for Clean Air." Thank you.

Compliments are due to you, Mr. Doyle and John Riley, James Smith, as well as Mr. Bob Barker, Melvin Rose, Fred, and the others at the County Garage. Recognition also for our Steve, David, Renee, & Laurie, members of the Castle® Hi-Tech support team. They will audit the statistics for this on going fleet test. On June 8th of this year, we were awarded a certificate of recognition from the Monroe County Environmental Management Council for "continued work in developing environmentally conscious cleaners and degreasers." It is truly satisfying to be recognized for the investments of time and energy spent. Our employees are very proud and thankful that someone out there cares! Now, only three months after that June award ceremony, it is Monroe County's management team that should be receiving the award for being "environmentally conscious." By establishing a preventive maintenance program for its fleet of vehicles, Monroe County is leading by good example in the "Race for Clean Air." We work in NYC, Hartford, Charlotte, Cleveland, Baltimore, Washington, Phoenix, Tampa, and San Juan. After leaving these big, congested cities, we come home and say: "in Rochester, we share clean air." Thank God our families live here! Plain and simple, 21st century air in many American corridor cities "stinks". A high percentage of the pollution, smog, green house gas, lower ozone, VOC problems come from the car and trucks that are not in compliance. EPA has regulations for clean air in the U.S. Monroe County is well within the attainment level, but many counties in the country are not in compliance! Although internal combustion engines were built to run clean, they must be cleaned of harmful carbon build up on a regular basis. Unfortunately, many drivers are unaware of how important it is to drive clean, and how easy it is to drive clean!
